I also have new friends ... lots of them in fact! Max is another basset and he's 10, Rudy is a lhasa apso who arrived unexpectedly, and I even love my new parents' grandkids. Boy, they are handful! They range in age from 4 to 11, but I love 'em all! I love riding in the car, too. They are trying to teach me how to do things, like give 'em my paw, but whenever they ask me for it, Max sits up and he gives his instead. So, when he gets a biscuit for doing things like that, I get one just because I'm me. Now that's the life! -- Sam

what! I'm no longer a vagabond! 
After
being dispossessed by two families and landing in a very nice temporary
BROOD home, I now have my own chair to sleep on (well, I share it with
one of my owners when we watch TV) and I LOVE to sleep in their bed -
especially under the covers!
