BROOD 2022 Ramble
BROOD's Annual Ramble Fundraiser is Saturday, September 17 at Frying Pan Park in Herndon, Virginia.
Join us at the Ramble event for a day of fun activities for you and your dog.
Registration opens at 9:30 am and activities start at 10 and run to 2 pm.
Help us publicize the Ramble event by posting the Flyer at places where dog lovers will see it. Ask your veterinarian's office to post it. Other good places are your local grocery store, gym, and at work.
Ways to Support the Ramble
Sponsorships for Individuals
Last year we were privileged to have 91 generous and loyal BROOD members and followers support the Ramble by becoming sponsors. We have sponsorships again this year with new incentives! Sponsors will receive special thank-you gifts: BROOD mesh tote bag, BROOD kitchen towel, or BROOD smash flashlight. Each is a thank you for your generous Ramble sponsorship.
Sponsorships are a great way to support the Ramble. Become a Harvest, Pumpkin, Scarecrow or Acorn sponsor today. More information on our sponsorship page and in our sponsorship packet.
Sponsorships for Businesses and Veterinarians
Showcase your business or veterinary clinic/practice at the Ramble and support BROOD at the same time by becoming a Harvest, Pumpkin, Scarecrow, Corn Maze or Acorn sponsor. Your business will be listed on the BROOD website for a year as part of your sponsorship. Click here for more information on business sponsorships.
Vendor Booth Rental
Interested in showcasing your business at the Ramble? As an added benefit, corporate sponsors at the $250 level and above will receive free exhibit space at the Ramble event to publicize your business. Or donate $50 to attend the Ramble as a vendor. A six-foot table and two chairs in a 10 by 10 space will be provided. You are also encouraged to bring a pop-up tent and other tables. Email Chris Williams at ramble@brood-va.org for more information.
Donate Gift Cards for the Gift Card Raffle
We need donations of $25 gift cards for the raffle. More information here on how to donate cards and where to mail them.
Gather Donations from Friends and Family
Reach out to your family and friends and ask them to support the Ramble and BROOD's rescue work with a donation. Remember all the times you supported their favorite charities and fundraisers? Bring their donations to the Ramble and know that the donations will save a homeless hound's life.
Donations on the Day of the Ramble
Donations of $100 or more made the day of the Ramble will receive a BROOD towel as a special thank-you.
Volunteers Needed to Help at the Ramble
We need volunteers to help the day of the Ramble on Saturday, September 17 from 8 am to 3 pm. You can help staff one of our booths, work in the food area or help us with clean-up at the end of the event. We can't do it without YOUR help! Email Chris Williams at ramble@brood-va.org to volunteer.
